  • RETURN & REFUND

    POLICY IN RETURNING & REFUNDING

    - Customers are not allowed to issue a refund if the customer has passed the 7 day period of receiving the product.

    - Customers are only allowed to issue a refund within the 7 day period of receiving the product. (We believe that 7 days is ample time for you to review the product)

    - Any reasoning for return/refund (defective item, change of mind, etc.) will not be entertained if the customer has passed the 7 day period of receiving the product.

    HOW TO ISSUE A REFUND/RETURN?

    - Message us in any of our social media pages, and we'll make sure to get back to you.

    - We will return the full amount of your money and we will also pay for the delivery fee during the returning process. (However, we will not be returning your first delivery payment for when you purchased the item.)

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    HOW TO REQUEST FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY?

    - Do not order through our website, kindly order through our social media pages instead. We will help you from there :)

    - Same day delivery is only allowed in Metro Manila. We are based in Quezon City.

    - For same day delivery, we use delivery couriers such as lalamove, angkas, and grab. (We check all 3 of these couriers to find which is the cheapest delivery fee for our customers.)

    - Same day delivery too expensive? Don't worry, we can send your item via J&T Express through our fixed rate of ₱200 (Anywhere in the Philippines) and will arrive to you in 3-5 working days.

    HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

    - We will be constantly updating you about your package delivery details through both of your social media and email.

    - We will also be sending you the delivery courier's tracker.
