  • RETURN & REFUND

    • Customers are entitled to a 7-day return and refund period starting from the date the product is received.

    • Returns and refunds are accepted for:

    • Defective items

    • Sizing Issue

    • Change of mind

    • Other concerns (please message us to discuss your case)

    • To process a return or refund, simply send us a message and we will assist you.

    • A full refund will be issued once the returned item has been received.

    • We will cover the return shipping cost back to us.

    • The original shipping fee paid during the initial purchase is non-refundable.

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Metro Manila Customers


    • Same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila only, as we are based in Quezon City.


    • We use Lalamove for all same-day deliveries.


    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for same-day deliveries due to ₱2,000 pesos lalamove courier limit.


    • Orders outside Metro Manila are shipped via GoGo Xpress.

     


    • Nationwide shipping fee is fixed at ₱200 anywhere in the Philippines.

     

    • Delivery typically takes 2–7 days, depending on your location.


    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for shipped orders only.

     

     

    • We will provide regular updates regarding your order status.
    • A tracking link will also be sent once your order has been shipped.
